From the parking lot to the front row, the Guest Experience team makes everyone feel welcome. Whether you’re serving up coffee or answering questions for a first time guest, your presence makes all the difference!

Grow your faith with others. Lead a group or serve as a host to ensure that no one is doing life alone.

No one is too young to have a life-changing encounter in God’s presence. Through games, Bible stories, worship and more, you can play a part in shaping the faith of the next generation.

We believe in the youth. Show off your basketball skills, lead a crew or work behind the scenes to welcome every student into the family.

Operate lights, cameras, sound and screens to create an atmosphere of worship where people can experience God’s presence. No experience required!

Be the life of the party. Construct engaging environments, add finishing touches or work behind the scenes to make our events legendary.

Influence others with your creativity. Use your photography, videography, graphic design, social media, and administrative skills to reach our community online.

Provide care, prayer, and support for our church family. If you have a compassionate heart and a desire to walk alongside others in their times of need, this team is making a profound impact.

Volunteer in the Pathway offices during the week by answering calls and assisting with light administrative work that keeps everything running smoothly.

Have a passion for music and leading others into God’s presence, our Worship team could be your fit. You can become a part of our weekend experiences, or serve in our students, kids, or special events worship teams by singing, playing an instrument, or joining the motions team. An audition is required for this team, and it’s an amazing way to use your musical gifts.
