MARTY STRAIT
Marty Strait is the Founding Senior Pastor of Pathway Church, a vibrant community passionate about pursuing God, discovering purpose, and changing the world. He holds a degree from LeTourneau University, a master’s degree in theology from Liberty University’s Rawlings School of Divinity, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry. Marty loves teaching Scripture in an authentic, practical, and often humorous way, and he is passionate about helping people discover the purpose God created them to fulfill.
Marty’s passion for the local church extends beyond Pathway. He serves on the lead team of TFAC, a church network committed to helping pastors build healthy churches. He is also involved with Unite and Lead, an organization focused on bringing pastors and community leaders together to accelerate meaningful transformation across East Texas.
Marty is married to the love of his life, Jana, and together they have a blended family of five young adult children and two dogs. They love leading Pathway, traveling, discovering great restaurants, and being part of what God is doing in their community and beyond.
